- You may point to/take/upload photos only in the supported categories: clothes, accessories, makeup, and nail polish.
- By taking/uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your photos solely to provide and improve the service.
- You agree not to take/upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
4. Accuracy and Limitations
- The App uses automated technology to analyze color matches and is for informational purposes only.
- Due to variations in lighting, device cameras, and screen displays, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy.
- This service does not substitute professional color analysis or personalized styling advice.
5. Privacy and Data Protection

6. Intellectual Property
